Hy2Care® is a start-up in the Medical Device industry, developing products to prevent the occurrence of osteoarthritis. Hy2Care’s first product is the CartRevive™ hydrogel implant, enabling the recovery of damaged cartilage.

Currently we have an open position for an:

Student internship (technical or business/marketing)

The challenge

You will have the opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic and passionate organization that is involved in developing medical devices to prevent the onset of osteoarthritis. As a part of a small, driven and enthusiastic team of professionals, you make an important contribution to the development of our product, and thus to preventing discomfort, pain and costs as a result form cartilage damage. 

As intern, you have the possibility to work on projects and assignments related to your area of expertise and interest. This can be both technical or business/marketing related.

You

You are studying and registered as student at college or university. Your study direction is in biology, biomedical (engineering), chemistry, marketing, busines management or a related field. You communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. 

You take initiative and responsibility and have a problem-solving, hands-on mentality. You are result-oriented and driven, without losing sight of quality. You are eager to learn and an involved team-player while also being able to work independently. You are flexible and connect easily with others.

The offer

We offer you an internship contract with an appropriate student allowance. The exact tasks and duration will be defined together with you. In this way, we can fine-tune the position to your school requirements and personal expertise and interest. 

For any technical assignment, you can make use of our lab facility at the Brightlands Campus in Geleen (Chemelot). For any business or marketing assignment, you can make use of our office at the Brightlands Campus in Geleen (Chemelot) or work (partially) from home.
