Manager Technology Development
Dr. Bram Zoetebier completed his study in Molecular & Materials Engineering at the University of Twente, the Netherlands in 2011.
After graduation he started his PhD training at the Materials Science and Technology of Polymers group at the University of Twente where he was working on functional macromolecules and smart polymer networks. He continued his scientific career at the Developmental BioEngineering group working on hydrogels for cartilage repair and a secondment at the School of Pharmacy, University of Nottingham studying more in-depth hydrogel analysis techniques.
In 2019 Bram Zoetebier started consultancy work for Hy2Care, providing support for the development of in situ gelating bioresorbable hydrogels for the arthroscopic treatment of cartilage defects, aiming at functional cartilage repair. In 2020 he continued to work for Hy2Care as manager technology development.
“Hy2Care provides me the opportunity to use my 15 years of experience working with hydrogels for a fulfilling purpose, improving patients’ lives.”
